End-User Licence Agreement
The licence you get when you claim or buy one of our games.
Effective:
This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of software published by Haku Core LLC. Installing or playing a title means you accept it. It is additional to the Terms of Service.
1. Licence granted
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the title for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, for as long as this EULA is in force. Titles and virtual items you have obtained stay licensed to your account under the relevant terms. Our hosted applications are not licensed under this EULA — they are governed by their own service terms.
2. Restrictions
- No copying beyond the copies needed for normal installation and backup.
- No distribution, sale, rental, lending or sublicensing.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, except where the law expressly permits it.
- No removal of copyright or licence notices.
- No use of the software or its output to train a machine learning model.
- No cheating, unauthorised automation or modified clients in shared or competitive play.
3. Mods, streaming and video
You may stream and record gameplay, including monetised video, and you may use our assets in that video without a separate licence. You may create and share non-commercial mods where a title provides mod support. You may not charge for a mod, distribute our assets outside such a mod, or present a mod as an official release.
4. Generated content
Content that our systems generate during play — dialogue, layouts, encounters — is part of the software and is covered by this licence. Where you contribute a prompt or a choice that shapes it, you keep any rights you have in your contribution and grant us the licence described in the Terms of Service. Generated output is fiction produced by software and may be inaccurate, unexpected or repeat itself.
5. Updates and support
We may issue updates that change or remove features, including for legal or security reasons. Online features depend on servers we operate; we will give at least 90 days’ notice before shutting down an online service that a title needs, and where you paid for it directly and lose material value we will offer a refund.
6. Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using the software and delete your copies. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with the venue and consumer-rights carve-outs set out in the Terms of Service.
