How to report infringing material and how to file a counter-notice.

2. Filing a notice of infringement

A valid notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail — a URL, a screenshot, an in-game location — for us to find it.
  3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

An incomplete notice may not be actionable. Knowingly filing a false notice can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

3. What we do with a notice

We review the notice, remove or disable access to the material where the notice is valid, and notify the person who provided it, passing on a copy of the notice. We keep a record of notices received.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district of your address (or, if outside the United States, of any district in which we may be found), your consent to accept service of process from the complainant, and your signature.

If the counter-notice is valid we forward it to the complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may terminate an account after a single serious infringement.

6. Trademark and other rights

To report trademark, publicity or other non-copyright infringement, write to support@haku-core.com with the same level of detail. If you believe generated content in one of our games reproduces your work or likeness, tell us and we will investigate the underlying constraint that produced it, not just the single output.
