Acceptable Use Policy

What you must not do with our services, and the territories we cannot serve.

Effective:

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists so that the rules are written down before anyone needs them.

1. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Break the law, or use our services to help someone else break it.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, in our games, forums or support channels.
  • Post or generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or promotes terrorism or hate. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as US law requires.
  • Cheat, exploit bugs for advantage in shared play, or use unauthorised automation, bots or modified clients.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent technical protection measures, except to the extent the law expressly permits and you have told us first.
  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-download our site or content, or use it to build a dataset for training a machine learning model.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit anything we license to you, including account access and game keys.
  • Attack the services — denial of service, credential stuffing, vulnerability scanning without authorisation, or interference with other users.
  • Use stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, launder money, or abuse refunds and chargebacks.
  • Share one account among several people, or hold multiple accounts to obtain a benefit more than once.

2. Security research

We welcome good-faith security research. Report what you find to support@haku-core.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing. We will not pursue legal action against research that stays within scope, avoids accessing other people’s data, and does not degrade the service.

3. Sanctions and export control

We are a United States company and must comply with US sanctions and export control law. You may not use our services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you appear on a restricted-party list such as the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. We screen transactions for this and will decline or reverse a payment where we must.

4. What happens if you breach it

Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or terminate it. For anything other than a clear-cut or legally required case, we tell you what happened and give you a way to respond. We may report unlawful conduct to the authorities.

To appeal a decision, email support@haku-core.com and a person other than the one who made the original decision will review it.

5. Reporting a problem

Report abuse, harmful generated output, or anything unsafe to support@haku-core.com. Include enough detail for us to find it — a screenshot, a username, a timestamp.
